面向多品种小批量军工制造企业供应商评价与选择研究

【摘要】:军工制造企业在捍卫国家主权提高我国的国际地位促进国民经济相关行业的技术进步方面起着重要的作用由于受到我国计划经济体制的影响以及军工产品的特殊性,军工企业的原材料一般都是由国家指定的供应商提供,但是随着经济全球化的不断加剧以及国际市场上军工制造企业的剧烈竞争,我国的军品市场由垄断逐步走向开放一方面,军品市场的开放会加剧军工产品采购走向市场化和多元化,军工制造企业的采购由以国家对资源的计划配置供应转为自主的市场购买;另一方面,军品市场的开放也会加剧军工制造业由小品种大批量生产方式向多品种小批量生产方式转变,因此研究多品种小批量军工企业的供应商评价与选择,对我国军工制造企业具有重大的现实意义,也是我国军工制造企业走向国际化必须解决的重大课题 本文对多品种小批量军工制造企业供应商的评价指标体系的构建以及供应商选择方法进行深入的探讨和研究论文首先阐述了研究的背景目的和意义,并对国内外有关企业供应商评价的指标体系和选择方法的相关文献进行综述接着,在分析军工制造企业的供应商特点以及新环境下影响军工制造企业供应商选择的因素的基础上,借鉴国内外对供应商指标体系研究的理论和方法成果,从质量水平技术水平供应能力价格水平服务水平环保水平财务能力综合类八个维度构建了多品种小批量军工制造企业的供应商评价与选择的指标体系然后,通过系统分析供应商选择方法的优点和缺点,,引入病毒进化遗传算法,提出了基于病毒进化遗传算法优化的BP神经网络方法接着,综合军工制造企业的指标体系以及本文提出的供应商选择方法,提出了基于病毒进化遗传算法优化BP神经网络的供应商评价与选择模型,并详细设计了该模型的算法然后,依托JAVA开发平台MyEclipse8.5以及MATLAB神经网络和遗传算法工具箱,运用基于病毒进化遗传算法优化的BP神经网络的供应商选择模型以及A军工制造企业的数据,通过仿真实验得出该模型在评价和选择军工制造企业供应商方面具有更好的收敛速度和较高的准确率,进而运用该模型对A军工制造企业的5家缓冲器供应商进行了选择 最后,总结了论文的研究结论及不足,并期望论文提出的供应商评价与选择模型对我国军工制造企业以及对于非军工企业供应商的评价与选择也有一定的借鉴价值
[Abstract]:Military manufacturing enterprises play an important role in safeguarding national sovereignty, improving China's international status and promoting technological progress in national economy-related industries due to the impact of our planned economy system and the particularity of military products. The raw materials of military enterprises are generally supplied by designated suppliers. However, with the increasing globalization of the economy and the fierce competition of military manufacturing enterprises in the international market, the military products market in China has gradually moved from monopoly to opening on the one hand. The opening of military product market will aggravate the market-oriented and diversified procurement of military products, and the procurement of military manufacturing enterprises will be changed from the planned allocation and supply of resources to the independent market purchase. On the other hand, the opening of the military product market will also aggravate the transition of the military manufacturing industry from a small variety of mass production mode to a multi-variety and small batch production mode. Therefore, a study is made on the supplier evaluation and selection of multi-variety and small-batch military enterprises. It is of great practical significance to China's military manufacturing enterprises. It is also an important problem that must be solved in the internationalization of military manufacturing enterprises in our country. This paper probes into the construction of supplier evaluation index system and supplier selection method of multi-variety and small batch military manufacturing enterprises. In the first place, the background purpose and significance of the research are expounded. And the related literature about supplier evaluation index system and selection method at home and abroad are reviewed, and then, On the basis of analyzing the supplier characteristics of military manufacturing enterprises and the factors that affect the supplier selection of military manufacturing enterprises under the new environment, this paper draws lessons from the theoretical and methodological achievements of the research on supplier index system at home and abroad. From the quality level, technical level, supply ability, price level, service level, environmental protection level, financial ability, eight dimensions, this paper constructs the index system of supplier evaluation and selection for multi-variety and small-batch military manufacturing enterprises, and then, By systematically analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the supplier selection method and introducing the virus evolutionary genetic algorithm, a BP neural network method based on the virus evolutionary genetic algorithm is proposed. Based on the index system of military manufacturing enterprises and the supplier selection method proposed in this paper, a supplier evaluation and selection model based on BP neural network optimization based on virus evolutionary genetic algorithm is proposed. Then, the algorithm of this model is designed in detail. Relying on the JAVA development platform MyEclipse8.5, MATLAB neural network and genetic algorithm toolbox, the supplier selection model of BP neural network optimized based on virus evolutionary genetic algorithm and the data of A military manufacturing enterprise are used. The simulation results show that the model has better convergence speed and higher accuracy in evaluating and selecting suppliers of military manufacturing enterprises. Finally, five buffer suppliers in A military manufacturing enterprise are selected. Finally, the research conclusions and shortcomings of the paper are summarized. It is also expected that the supplier evaluation and selection model proposed in this paper can also be used for reference in the evaluation and selection of suppliers in China's military manufacturing enterprises and non-military enterprises.
