莱博药业新产品开发项目管理流程优化研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济的飞速发展、技术的日新月异,制药企业所面临的经营环境发生了翻天覆地的变化,如何以灵活的、快捷的方式来应对种种机遇与挑战,则是每一个制药企业经营者必须正视的一道难题。目前,莱博药业许多大型和中型项目在实施项目管理系统,而项目管理的有效与否,是需要成功的项目管理流程来保证。研究公司项目管理流程方法对公司现有或未来项目进行更有效的管理,不仅是项目本身的需要,也是莱博药业立足于激烈竞争市场中不断的发展壮大的长期战略需要。 首先,论文在理论基础上,分析了莱博药业新产品开发项目管理流程的现状及问题。莱博药业新产品开发项目现状包括了新产品开发策略、新产品开发项目特点与技术优势、项目目标与组织结构、项目管理进度计划流程与新产品开发项目管理的一般流程。同时探讨了莱博药业新产品开发项目管理流程的问题,主要是组织结构与项目不匹配,项目变更与信息不对称问题,项目资源分配的冲突,项目管理活动中缺乏控制等问题。 其次,论文探讨了莱博药业新产品开发项目管理流程优化方案设计。提出了优化方案设计的基本原则,重点探讨了项目组织结构设计,明确项目经理负责制,然后分析了项目进度控制设计。按照不同的进度控制管理水平的要求分为三类:项目总进度控制,主进度控制,详细进度控制。项目详细进度控制是各经营部门的具体工作时间表,这是进度控制的基础。其次探讨了进度控制流程、项目进度跟踪、项目进度调整等,最后分析了项目组合管理流程设计。 最后,论文提出了优化莱博药业新产品开发项目管理流程的保障措施。首先是强化项目管理优化流程的组织保障,争取领导层的支持与肯定,促进项目组织的协调管理;其次是建立健全项目管理的人力资源保障体系,当项目管理流程重新设计后,必须以系统思考的理念,对人力资源方面也要进行相应的调整,建立起科学的人力资源管理制度。以适应新的项目管理流程。最后提出了促进项目进度信息管理的实施与促进以项目管理为导向的企业文化建设。
