景芝酒业在胶东半岛的配送中心选址研究

【摘要】:企业怎样在一个无法预测的市场下,以合理的成本支出来实现客户的最大满意度?显然这已成为企业在竞争中取胜的关键。企业对市场的反应速度和其商品流通的快慢直接体现了它的物流发展水平的高低。物流渐渐成为企业在竞争中获胜的法宝,物流配送中心应运而生。物流配送中心是进行配送活动最基本的硬件设施,几乎所有的物流活动都是围绕配送中心来开展的,它是非常重要的物流节点。在现代社会,用户在商品处理的时间上、服务上都提出了较高的要求。为了满足用户的要求,企业就需要引进先进的技术和设备设施,否则就建立不了正确、安全、快速、廉价的作业体制。现在大多数企业都建立了正式的配送中心,而企业的发展在很大程度上也依托于配送中心的建设。 本文主要对潍坊景芝酒业股份有限公司在胶东半岛的配送中心选址进行研究。配送中心的选址与仓储、运输成本之间有着紧密的联系,配送中心的定位几乎决定了配送活动所需的成本和费用。合理科学的选址不但能够节省白酒业今后经营的各项费用,更重要的是它能够为顾客提供优质的物流服务。因此,研究景芝酒业物流配送中心的选址对于其以后发展具有重要的意义。 论文的主要分成相关理论研究和实证分析部分两大部分: 第一部分为相关理论研究:首先阐述了配送中心的概念、功能、选址原则、影响因素等基本原理,并对现有配送中心选址方法进行了分析说明,这为本文奠定了理论基础;然后在国内外研究现状的基础上,运用企业物流配送中心的相关理论,确定了本文研究方法,先采用定量方法——重心法进行分析,确定出备选地点,再对备选地点进行定性分析,最后根据收集的数据资料再利用定量分析——最小成本法对所提出的方案进行科学合理的评价,得出最优的配送中心选址方案供企业参考。 第二部分为实证分析研究:首先对景芝酒业销售数据等历史资料进行了收集整理,,通过分析得出景芝酒业在胶东半岛的销售市场具有板块化和区域化的特点,结合收集到的数据采用重心法确定了备选地点为山东省潍坊市;然后对潍坊市的地理条件、交通状况、物流企业发展等进行分析,给出了两种建立配送中心的方案,并以最小成本为目标,利用现金流来评价得出最优的方案,即景芝酒业在潍坊市建立配送中心较好,并将物流业务委托给第三方物流企业则能更有效地降低物流成本。 物流配送中心的建立是一个精密复杂的系统工程,且对于企业来说无疑是一笔巨大的投资,具有高风险性。因此,配送中心的规划设计一定要按步骤来进行仔细调查分析以制定出最优的设计方案。
[Abstract]:How can an enterprise achieve maximum customer satisfaction at a reasonable cost in an unpredictable market? It is obvious that this has become the key to win the enterprise in the competition. The speed of the enterprise's reaction to the market and the speed of its commodity circulation directly reflect the level of its logistics development. Logistics gradually becomes the magic weapon that enterprises win in the competition, logistics distribution center emerges as the times require. Logistics distribution center is the most basic hardware facilities for distribution activities, almost all of the logistics activities are carried out around the distribution center, it is a very important logistics node. In modern society, users put forward higher requirements in the time of commodity processing and service. In order to meet the requirements of users, enterprises need to introduce advanced technology and equipment facilities, otherwise, they will not be able to establish a correct, safe, fast and cheap operation system. Now most enterprises have established the formal distribution center, and the development of the enterprise also relies on the construction of the distribution center to a great extent. This paper mainly studies the location of distribution center of Weifang Jingzhi Wine Co., Ltd in Jiaodong Peninsula. The location of distribution center is closely related to storage and transportation cost. The location of distribution center almost determines the cost and cost of distribution activities. Reasonable and scientific location can not only save the cost of liquor industry in the future, but also provide high-quality logistics service to customers. Therefore, the study of Jingzhi wine industry logistics distribution center location is of great significance for its future development. The thesis is divided into two parts: the first part is related theoretical research. Firstly, it expounds the basic principles of distribution center, such as the concept, function, location principle, influencing factors and so on. And the existing distribution center location methods are analyzed and explained, which lays a theoretical foundation for this paper. Then on the basis of the domestic and foreign research status, using the relevant theory of enterprise logistics distribution center, the research method of this paper is determined. Firstly, the quantitative method-centroid method is used to analyze and determine the alternative location. Finally, according to the data collected, the scientific and reasonable evaluation of the proposed scheme is carried out by using the quantitative analysis-minimum cost method, and the optimal distribution center location scheme is obtained for reference to enterprises. The second part is empirical analysis: firstly, the historical data such as Jingzhi wine sales data are collected and sorted, and the results show that Jingzhi wine sales market in Jiaodong Peninsula has the characteristics of slate and regionalization. Combined with the collected data, the alternative location of Weifang City in Shandong Province was determined by gravity method. Then the geographical condition, traffic condition, logistics enterprise development of Weifang city are analyzed, two schemes of establishing distribution center are given, and the optimal scheme is obtained by using cash flow to evaluate the minimum cost. It is better to set up distribution center in Weifang city, and entrust logistics business to third party logistics enterprise, which can reduce logistics cost more effectively. The establishment of logistics distribution center is a complex and precise system engineering, and it is undoubtedly a huge investment and high risk for enterprises. Therefore, the planning and design of the distribution center must be carefully investigated and analyzed step by step in order to work out the optimal design scheme.
