安平县丝网产业发展战略研究

【摘要】:河北省衡水市安平县作为中国丝网制品生产中心,在国内享有很高知名度,被称为“丝网之乡”,并于2012年被国家命名为“出口产业转型升级示范基地”。随着国际一体化进程和全球经济环境的变化,在近几年的发展过程中,安平丝网产业开始面临一系列问题。这些问题主要体现在,安平县从事丝网生产的企业规模普通较小,缺少实力强的龙头企业,产业的技术和工艺水平低,绝大部分产品属于“低端化”产品,中高端产品较少,企业之间依然处于简单的价格竞争层面。同时存在生产方式集约化程度低、品牌缺乏国际知名度、专业人才困乏等其它问题。在此背景下,如何通过战略调整,使安平丝网产业能够改变目前这种困境,成为安平县政府和企业面临的重要课题。 本文从研究安平县丝网产业现状和市场出发,通过对安平县丝网产业资源和相关背景进行深入分析,基于现代战略管理相关知识,通过运用宏观环境分析,钻石理论模型、SWOT分析等工具对安平县丝网产业进行深入分析。基于以上的分析内容和结论,结合安平县丝网产业发展的现实情况,确定将安平县丝网产业从低端向中高端转型的产业定位,并制定了短期目标(1-5年)和长期目标(5-10年)。最后根据安平县丝网产业的发展原则,制定选择出安平县丝网产业发展的基本竞争战略和相关支持战略,即在竞争战略上采取差异化和集中战略基本战略,并通过采取技术升级、产品优化、市场营销、人才培养、品牌推广等支持战略。通过制定科学的实施和保障措施,最终将安平县“低端化”丝网产业发展成为集研发、生产,销售为一体的中高端制造业基地。 本文在研究安平县丝网产业的过程中,运用战略管理理论,采用PEST分析、钻石理论模型、SWOT分析工具进行了整体的战略规划。希望本文相关的研究对具有类似产业背景的地区一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, as the production center of China's silk screen products, enjoys a high reputation in China, which is called the "Home of screen", and was named "demonstration Base of Export Industry Transformation and upgrading" by the state in 2012. With the process of international integration and the change of global economic environment, Anping silk screen industry faces a series of problems in the course of development in recent years. These problems are mainly reflected in the fact that the enterprises engaged in silk screen production in Anping County are generally small in scale, lack of strong leading enterprises, low level of technology and technology in the industry, and most of the products belong to "low-end" products, with fewer medium-and high-end products. Enterprises are still in a simple level of price competition. At the same time, there are some other problems such as low intensity of production mode, lack of international reputation of brand, lack of professional talents and so on. Under this background, how to make Anping silk screen industry change this predicament through strategic adjustment has become an important task faced by Anping county government and enterprises. Based on the current situation and market of Anping silk screen industry, this paper analyzes the resource and related background of Anping silk screen industry, based on the knowledge of modern strategic management, through the use of macro-environment analysis, diamond theory model, SWOT analysis and other tools to Anping County screen industry in-depth analysis. Based on the above analysis contents and conclusions, combining with the reality of the development of Anping County's silk screen industry, the orientation of the transformation of Anping County's silk screen industry from the low end to the middle and high end is determined. And set short-term goals (1-5 years) and long-term goals (5-10 years). Finally, according to the development principle of screen industry in Anping County, the basic competitive strategy and related supporting strategy for the development of Anping County silk screen industry are formulated, that is, the basic strategy of differentiation and concentration strategy is adopted in the competitive strategy. And through the adoption of technology upgrading, product optimization, marketing, talent training, brand promotion and other support strategies. Through the development of scientific implementation and safeguard measures, Anping County "low-end" silk screen industry will eventually develop into a research and development, production, sales as one of the middle and high-end manufacturing base. In the process of studying the silk screen industry in Anping County, the strategic management theory, PEST analysis, diamond theory model and SWOT analysis tool are used to carry out the overall strategic planning. It is hoped that the related research in this paper will play a certain reference role in areas with similar industrial background.
