C研究院组织创新研究

【摘要】:C研究院是从事着军工产业配套的基础设施建设单位。在国家军转民的政策指引下,C研究院曾经实施了军民民品划分、分离的体制变革。随着C研究院从军工市场步入民用市场,民品市场成为C研究院的竞争主体,其发展战略及组织结构为C研究院的可持续发展服务。在这种情况下,原有的组织结构的缺失随着C研究院的发展战略而越发成为C研究院的弊端。为了了解C研究院组织结构的缺陷,本文通过对内外部环境变化的分析,运用SWOT分析方法,对发展战略进行分析,对组织创新过程提出了策略和实施措施,最终实现C研究院组织结构创新完整的有机模式。
[Abstract]:C Institute is engaged in the military industry supporting infrastructure construction units. Under the guidance of the national policy of military to civilian conversion, the C Institute has carried out the system reform of dividing and separating the military and civilian products. With the development of C Research Institute from the military industry market to the civil market, the civil product market has become the main competition body of C Research Institute. Its development strategy and organization structure serve for the sustainable development of C Research Institute. In this case, the lack of the original organization structure has become the drawback of the C Institute with the development strategy of the C Institute. In order to understand the defects of the organizational structure of the C Institute, this paper analyzes the development strategy by analyzing the changes of the internal and external environment, using the SWOT analysis method, and puts forward the strategies and implementation measures for the process of organizational innovation. Finally, the organic model of organizational structure innovation and integrity of C Institute is realized.
