提升临钢竞争力的企业文化研究

【摘要】:企业文化建设是当今企业界的一种潮流。50多年来,,太钢集团临汾钢铁有限公司(以下简称临钢)始终如一的坚持进行企业文化建设,积极探索具有临钢特色的企业文化。临钢企业文化建设以集团公司核心价值观为统领,通过不断的总结、提炼传统文化,学习借鉴优势企业的优秀文化,整合、补充、完善,逐渐形成了具有临钢特色的企业文化。随着时代的发展,市场环境的变化,临钢企业文化建设也在不断的整合、提升、不断赋予新的内容。临钢的企业文化建设,更好的为创建最具竞争力的中厚板精品企业提供精神动力和智力支持。 本文首先介绍了企业文化的概念、特征、功能和层次,总结分析了国内外企业文化建设的现状和相关理论;详细的介绍了临钢的企业文化发展过程以及现状,分析了临钢企业文化发展过程中出现的问题和临钢企业文化建设的成就;紧接着通过分析新时期市场环境多变的情况下企业文化的特点,提出了临钢企业文化建设二度改造的指导思想和目标,临钢企业文化建设的发展策略并制定了临钢企业文化建设的主要改革措施。最后介绍了临钢企业文化建设中的一些具体实践,并以此对将来的文化建设效果做了预测。 本文结论部分简要介绍了本文的主要研究内容和下一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:For more than 50 years, Linfen Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (Linfen Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.), Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group, has consistently carried on the construction of enterprise culture and actively explored the enterprise culture with the characteristics of Linshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The enterprise culture construction of Linshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd is guided by the core values of the group company. Through the continuous summary, refining the traditional culture, learning from the excellent culture of the superior enterprises, integrating, supplementing and perfecting, gradually forming the enterprise culture with the characteristics of Linshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. With the development of the times and the change of the market environment, the enterprise culture construction of Linshan Iron and Steel Co. The construction of enterprise culture in Lingang provides spiritual impetus and intellectual support for the establishment of the most competitive medium and thick plate boutique enterprises. This paper first introduces the concept, characteristics, functions and levels of corporate culture, summarizes and analyzes the current situation and related theories of corporate culture construction at home and abroad. The development process and present situation of the enterprise culture in Lingang are introduced in detail, and the problems in the development process and the achievements in the construction of the enterprise culture in Lingang are analyzed. Then through the analysis of the characteristics of the enterprise culture under the changeable market environment in the new period, the guiding ideology and objectives of the second transformation of the enterprise culture construction in Linshan Iron and Steel Company are put forward. The development strategy of the enterprise culture construction in Linshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and the main reform measures of the enterprise culture construction in Linshan Iron and Steel Co. Finally, this paper introduces some concrete practices in the enterprise culture construction of Linshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and forecasts the effect of the culture construction in the future. In the conclusion part of this paper, the main research contents and the future research directions are briefly introduced.
