天津日华钢材制品公司精益生产策略制定及实施研究

【摘要】:随着世界及中国经济的高速发展,中小型加工制造业在国民经济发展中作用的作用越来越明显。中小型加工制造业的发展关系到整个社会的稳定与繁荣。是促进社会发展与稳定的不可忽视的中坚力量。但是随着工业技术飞速进步、全球竞争日益明显、信息技术的日新月异,,中小制造企业面对着日益激烈的市场竞争,以及越来越挑剔的客户、同时在高制造成本和低利润时代的到来、越来越要求中小型加工制造业加快反应的速度、缩短生产周期、提高产品的质量、减低产品的制造成本。中小型加工制造业要提高竞争实力,不仅要在成本上下工夫,还必须从理念、质量、市场定位等多方面进行变革。 本文以天津日华钢材制品公司为例,进行说明中小型加工制造行业的精益生产的策略制定和实施的步骤。首先介绍了精益生产的起源发展,介绍了精益生产的基础“6s”原则和精益生产的理论体系以及精益生产的主要内容。阐述了目前我国中小型加工制造业面临的问题及实施精益生产的必要性。从而引导出天津日华钢材制品公司推行实施精益生产的动因。基于公司所面临的问题,逐步展开说明天津日华钢材制品公司在推行精益生产的具体步骤以及在推行实施精益生产所取得的效果。对于中小型加工制造业来讲,天津日华钢材制品公司在精益生产的实施过程中具有一定的借鉴价值
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world and China's economy, the role of small and medium-sized processing industry in the development of national economy is more and more obvious. The development of small and medium-sized manufacturing industry is related to the stability and prosperity of the whole society. It is the key force that can not be ignored to promote social development and stability. However, with the rapid progress of industrial technology, global competition is becoming increasingly obvious, information technology is changing with each passing day, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition, and more picky customers, At the same time, in the era of high manufacturing cost and low profit, the small and medium-sized manufacturing industry is more and more required to accelerate the reaction speed, shorten the production cycle, improve the quality of products, and reduce the manufacturing costs of products. In order to improve the competitive power of small and medium-sized manufacturing industry, it is necessary not only to work hard on the cost, but also to reform the concept, quality, market orientation and so on. Taking Tianjin Rihua Steel products Co., Ltd as an example, this paper describes the strategy formulation and implementation steps of lean production in small and medium-sized processing and manufacturing industries. This paper first introduces the origin and development of lean production, introduces the basic "6s" principle of lean production, the theoretical system of lean production and the main contents of lean production. The problems faced by the medium and small processing industry in China and the necessity of implementing lean production are expounded in this paper. Thus to guide Tianjin Rihua Steel products Company to promote the implementation of lean production motivation. Based on the problems faced by the company, the concrete steps of implementing lean production in Tianjin Rihua Steel products Co., Ltd., as well as the effect of implementing lean production in Tianjin Rihua Steel products Co., Ltd are explained step by step. For the small and medium-sized manufacturing industry, Tianjin Rihua Steel products Co., Ltd has certain reference value in the implementation of lean production.
