TZ公司桥梁构件产品竞争策略研究

【摘要】:本课题就是基于TZ公司这样一个以生产桥梁构件产品为主的中型企业,应用PEST环境分析、波特五力模型、SWOT分析法等战略工具,通过对企业影响因素最大的政策法规、经济环境、社会文化及技术发展等外部环境进行分析;对行业特点、市场状况等竞争环境进行分析;结合企业内部优势和劣势,面临的发展机会和威胁分析,提出适合TZ公司实际情况的以科技创新为核心的差异化产品竞争策略,以取得桥梁构件产品的持续竞争优势,,扩大产品市场占有率,提高企业经济效益,并实现企业长久可持续发展。本课题具有实际应用价值。 同时,也希望通过对TZ公司桥梁构件产品竞争策略分析研究,能够为国内同行业企业在经济低迷期的生存和经济复苏期的发展提供一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:This topic is based on TZ Company, a medium-sized enterprise which mainly produces bridge component products. By using the strategic tools such as PEST environment analysis, Porter five-force model, SWOT analysis and so on, through the policies and regulations which have the greatest influence on the enterprise, The external environment, such as economic environment, social culture and technological development, is analyzed. The characteristics of the industry, market conditions and other competitive environment analysis; Combined with the internal strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise and the analysis of the development opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise, this paper puts forward the competitive strategy of the differentiated products with the core of scientific and technological innovation, which is suitable for the actual situation of TZ Company, in order to obtain the sustained competitive advantage of the bridge component products. Expand the market share of products, improve the economic benefits of enterprises, and achieve long-term sustainable development of enterprises. This subject has practical application value. At the same time, it is hoped that through the analysis and research on the competitive strategy of bridge component products of TZ Company, it can provide some reference significance for the survival of domestic enterprises in the same industry during the economic downturn period and the development of economic recovery period.
