J服装制造公司采购供应链整合改进研究

【摘要】:作为制造业大国的制造企业,如何在经济和市场全球化背景下,获得市场竞争力,如何应对不断的新挑战,是必须面对的问题。服装制造行业也不例外。服装制造企业要想在市场竞争中获胜就需要从整体出发,加强和供应链上所有企业之间的合作,使竞争关系转变为利益共同体,以一个整体参与市场竞争。对供应链进行管理,优化整合供应链已成为提升企业竞争力的重要手段。 本文选取J服装制造公司为研究对象,,对服装制造业的采购供应链管理和整合优化进行研究。本文首先明确了研究的内容以及研究的思路和方法,接着阐述了J公司的行业背景并简述了J公司的经营状况,然后重点分析了J公司现有采购供应链中存在的最主要问题,最后分析成因并探讨给出相应的供应链整合优化和改进可能性措施。本文希望通过选取J公司案例,为中国的服装制造业甚至其它行业制造企业的供应链整合优化提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:As a big manufacturing country, how to obtain market competitiveness and how to deal with new challenges under the background of economic and market globalization is a problem that must be faced. The clothing manufacturing industry is no exception. In order to win the market competition, garment manufacturing enterprises need to strengthen the cooperation with all enterprises in the supply chain, so as to transform the competitive relationship into a community of interests and participate in the market competition as a whole. The management of supply chain and the optimization and integration of supply chain have become an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, J clothing manufacturing company is selected as the research object to study the procurement supply chain management and integration optimization of garment manufacturing industry. This paper first clarifies the content of the research and the ideas and methods of the research, then expounds the industry background of J company and briefly describes the management situation of J company, and then focuses on the analysis of the most important problems existing in the existing purchasing supply chain of J company. Finally, the causes are analyzed and the corresponding possible measures of supply chain integration optimization and improvement are discussed. This paper hopes to provide reference for the supply chain integration and optimization of garment manufacturing and even other manufacturing enterprises in China by selecting the case of J Company.
