某钢铁企业产电和购电采用折标煤系数的研究

【摘要】:钢铁企业电力主要来源于两个部分:自产电和外购电,如何合理搭配它们之间的比例显得尤为重要.开展科学合理的电力生产和分析,对于电力生产调度、减少企业的经济成本是非常重要的工作.运用电力折算标准煤等价系数对某钢铁联合企业的电力进行分析,推导出计算的通用公式,并通过实例数据说明该钢铁企业外购电比例为29.5%最经济,与企业实际情况相符,验证了公式的准确性.
[Abstract]:The power of iron and steel enterprises mainly comes from two parts: self-producing electricity and purchasing electricity. How to match the proportion between them is particularly important. It is very important to carry out scientific and reasonable power production and analysis for power production scheduling and reducing the economic cost of enterprises. The electric power of a joint iron and steel enterprise is analyzed by using the equivalent coefficient of electric power conversion standard coal, and the general formula is deduced. The example data show that the proportion of purchased electricity in the iron and steel enterprise is 29.5%, which is the most economical. Consistent with the actual situation of the enterprise, the accuracy of the formula is verified.
