【摘要】:JH工程造价咨询公司自1999年开始从事工程造价咨询服务,经过十多年的发展,企业规模和盈利能力都有了较大的提高,在社会和客户中树立了良好的信誉,但是随着工程造价咨询行业准入门槛的降低以及海外投资者的涌入,市场竞争也日益激烈,JH工程造价公司存在着战略发展方向不明确、企业文化不健全、公司结构不合理、企业管理不科学以及业务创新能力不足等问题。为了在严酷的经济竞争中不断前进,JH工程造价咨询公司必须明确公司的竞争战略,在激烈的市场中占据一席之地。 广州地区经济的高速发展,为JH工程造价咨询公司提供了广阔的市场机遇,但是由于我国建设投资管理体制尚处于转型升级阶段,,工程造价咨询行业自律困难,存在着低价恶意竞争等问题,也给JH工程造价咨询公司的经营带来较大的挑战和压力。本文通过研究竞争战略理论,以迈克尔·波特的竞争战略理论为指导,运用PEST、波特五力分析和SWOT分析工具,对企业的发展现状、内部资源、竞争能力、发展前景等进行多方面分析、解剖、评价,同时结合对企业面临的外部环境和内部资源进行深入的分析,试图判断公司面临的机会、威胁、机遇和挑战,为公司制定出科学的竞争战略,即采用差异化竞争战略,并配以各项措施保证战略实施,希望企业能在激烈的市场竞争中更好的生存和发展。
[Abstract]:JH engineering cost consulting company has been engaged in engineering cost consulting service since 1999. After more than ten years of development, the scale and profitability of the enterprise have been greatly improved, and a good reputation has been established in the society and customers. However, with the reduction of the entry threshold of the engineering cost consulting industry and the influx of overseas investors, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and the strategic development direction of JH engineering cost company is not clear. The enterprise culture is not perfect, the company structure is unreasonable, the enterprise management is not scientific and the business innovation ability is insufficient and so on. In order to keep moving forward in the harsh economic competition, JH engineering cost consulting company must make clear the competitive strategy of the company and occupy a place in the fierce market. The rapid development of Guangzhou area economy provides a broad market opportunity for JH engineering cost consulting company. However, because the construction investment management system of our country is still in the stage of transformation and upgrading, the self-discipline of engineering cost consulting industry is difficult, there are some problems, such as low price malicious competition and so on, which also brings great challenges and pressures to the management of JH engineering cost consulting company. Under the guidance of Michael Porter's competitive strategy theory, this paper analyzes, dissects and evaluates the development status, internal resources, competitiveness and development prospects of enterprises by using PEST, Porter five-force analysis and SWOT analysis tools. At the same time, combined with the in-depth analysis of the external environment and internal resources faced by enterprises, this paper tries to judge the opportunities and threats faced by the company. Opportunities and challenges, for the company to formulate a scientific competitive strategy, that is, to adopt differential competition strategy, and with various measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy, hoping that enterprises can better survive and develop in the fierce market competition.
