数码印刷机项目的质量控制及过程改进方法研究

【摘要】:数码印刷机及其配套软件作为保证相关印刷品质量的基础,其质量管理的重要性不容忽视。但是,由于数码印刷机自身的复杂性决定了项目只能通过多期展开。因此,需要对项目每期的质量管理现状进行分析,总结出现有管理模式存在的问题并提出改进方法作为项目下期开展的指导,从而促进数码印刷机项目质量的全面提升。 本文运用项目管理中质量管理的相关理论和方法解决数码印刷机项目研发过程中遇到的质量问题。重点对项目一期研发过程的质量管理现状进行了描述,并将因果分析图、排列图等常用统计工具运用在对项目一期质量问题的分析过程中。同时,针对项目一期出现的质量问题,在项目二期制定了针对性的质量控制措施,并通过这些措施的具体应用来完成过程改进。本文主要工作与创新点如下: (1)对项目一期研发过程出现的质量问题进行了详细分析与总结 本文对项目研发过程中出现的质量问题进行了分析,主要包括:机械平台、打印控制系统、喷头模组、供墨系统、印前软件与打印控制器软件研发过程中出现的问题。 (2)为项目二期研发过程制定了具体的质量控制措施 本文根据项目一期研发过程中总结出的质量问题,在项目二期中,制定了组织措施,合同措施等有效的质量控制措施,用于解决项目一期中出现的各类质量问题。 (3)为项目二期研发过程的改进给出了具体的执行方法 本文采用基于PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Action)的质量控制方法,将项目二期制定的质量控制措施具体应用在机械平台、物料采购、需求分析、文档管理和风险管控的过程改进中,并为项目创建了一个风险量化参数模型,有效加强了项目二期应对风险的抗性。 本文针对项目一期研发过程出现的质量问题所给出的质量控制措施与过程改进方法,不仅有效提升了项目二期的质量水平,保证了项目二期的顺利完成和达到指定的预期效果,还为项目后期需要进行的质量控制和过程改进提供了指导性的作用。
[Abstract]:The importance of the quality management of the digital printing machine and its supporting software as the basis for ensuring the quality of the related printed matter should not be ignored. However, because of the complexity of the digital printer itself, the project can only be expanded through multiple stages. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the status of the quality management of each period of the project, summarize the problems existing in the management mode and put forward the improvement method as the guidance of the project under the project, so as to promote the overall improvement of the project quality of the digital printing machine. This paper uses the relevant theories and methods of quality management in the project management to solve the quality problems encountered in the research and development of the digital printer project The main focus is to describe the current situation of the quality management of the first phase of the project, and to use the common statistical tools such as the cause and effect analysis graph and the arrangement diagram in the analysis of the quality problem of the first stage of the project. In the meantime, aiming at the quality problems in the first phase of the project, the targeted quality control measures are set up in the second phase of the project, and the process reform is completed through the specific application of these measures The main work and innovation point of this paper are as follows: Next: (1) The quality problems in the R & D process of the project are analyzed in detail The paper analyses and summarizes the quality problems in the research and development of the project, mainly including: the mechanical platform, the printing control system , the spray head module, the ink supply system, the pre-printing software and the printing controller software, The problem arises. (2) The development process of the second phase of the project has been developed. The quality control measures of the body are based on the quality problems summarized in the first phase of the project. In the second phase of the project, the organization measures, contract measures, etc. are formulated. Effective quality control measures to address the phase I of the project The various quality problems that occur. (3) For the development process of the second phase of the project The improved quality control method based on PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) is presented in this paper. The quality control measures formulated in the second phase of the project are applied to the machine in detail. The process of equipment platform, material procurement, demand analysis, document management and risk control is improved, and a risk quantitative parameter model is created for the project. In this paper, the quality control measures and process improvement methods are given in this paper, which not only effectively improve the quality level of the second phase of the project, but also guarantee the second phase of the project. The successful completion of the project and the expected effect specified, and also the quality control to be carried out in the later stage of the project
