四川省遂宁市全泰堂药业有限公司系统化管理方法应用研究

【摘要】：作者以企业管理特别是企业系统化管理方法的专业知识体系为基础，，结合全泰堂药业系统化管理方法应用的实际，对其进行总结和提炼。本文将管理职能活动过程的系统化（原理），硬软系统的“全科学”有机融合的结构系统化（内容），执行层级体系系统化（行动），以及目标业务活动全过程系统化（结果）等四个系统化管理方法在全泰堂药业的应用作为主要研究内容，总结其存在的问题并提出对策建议。按照“原理→内容→行动→结果”的逻辑体系，形成闭环系统的解决问题思路。作者认为系统化管理方法在应用上重点就是“顶层设计，执行落地”。
[Abstract]:Based on the professional knowledge system of enterprise management, especially the enterprise systematic management method, the author summarizes and abstracts the application of the systematic management method in Quantaitang Pharmaceutical Industry. In this paper, the application of four systematic management methods, such as systematization (principle) of management function process, systematic structure (content) of "whole science" integration of hard and soft system, systematization of execution hierarchy system (action) and systematization of whole process of target business activity (result), are taken as the main research contents, and the existing problems are summarized and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. According to the logical system of "principle content and action result", the closed loop system is formed to solve the problem. The author thinks that the emphasis of systematic management method in the application is "top-level design, execution landing".
