煤炭企业科学发展力评价体系研究

【摘要】：开展煤炭企业科学发展力评价系统研究无论是对煤炭企业高度重视贯彻落实科学发展观,推进煤炭企业科学发展理论体系的形成,还是对煤炭企业、煤炭工业管理部门开展煤炭企业科学发展能力的纵向横向比较,分析与协调煤炭企业科学发展的影响因素等,都具有非常重要的现实意义与学术价值。本文提出了煤炭企业科学发展力这一新概念并深入阐述了其内涵;较全面地分析了煤炭企业科学发展力的影响因素;构建了煤炭企业科学发展力系统框架;建立了煤炭企业科学发展力评价指标体系;明确了测度煤炭企业科学发展力的意义。为进一步研究评价煤炭企业发展问题提供了新的视角,也为煤炭企业谋求自身发展提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:The research on the evaluation system of the scientific development force of the coal enterprise, whether the coal enterprise attaches great importance to the implementation of the scientific development view, promotes the formation of the theoretical system of the scientific development of the coal enterprise, or the coal enterprise, It is of great practical significance and academic value to carry out the longitudinal horizontal comparison of the coal enterprise's scientific development ability, the analysis and coordination of the influence factors of the coal enterprise's scientific development.
