煤炭矿区可持续发展研究
[Abstract]:Mining area refers to those economic and administrative communities that depend on mineral resources and take resource exploitation as the leading industry for a long time. It is the product of economic development. However, because mineral resources are non-renewable resources, the limitation of resources determines that any particular mining area is temporary. Any kind of mining industry has the historical process of "development, prosperity, atrophy and scrapping", so the mining area will also follow this general law of emergence, development and even extinction. At present, a considerable number of mining areas have entered the stage of decreasing or even drying up resources, and the relative stagnation of their decline or growth has become a common phenomenon. Therefore, the transformation and sustainable development of this kind of mining area is particularly important. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the theory of sustainable development, the theory of sustainable development of mining area and the theory of industrial structure optimization, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research. Thirdly, the structure framework of mining area sustainable development system is constructed, which is divided into resource subsystem, environment subsystem, economic subsystem and social subsystem. On this basis, the sustainability and coordination of the system are analyzed. Then, starting from the development level and system coordination of mining area system, this paper takes the resources, environment, economy and society of mining area as the evaluation object, and constructs the evaluation index system of sustainable development of mining area including 18 indexes. Finally, the paper selects BP neural network as the comprehensive evaluation model, and takes the coal mine mining area in Yizhang County of Chenzhou City as the research object to carry on the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development of the mining area. According to the empirical analysis, Yizhang County mining area is basically in the stage of sustainable development or primary sustainable development. Then this paper further analyzes the problems and causes of sustainable development in Yizhang mining area. Finally, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the sustainable development of mining area from the aspects of economic development, industrial adjustment, urbanization construction, property right system reform, technology and talent accumulation, etc.
