我国出口小家电产品面临的技术性贸易措施现状及应对研究

【摘要】：正中国自2001年加入WTO以来,认真履行义务,积极享受权利,对外贸易额不断增长。WTO作为多边国际贸易组织,致力于减少并消除各种关税与非关税措施对国际贸易造成的不利影响,构建公平与自由的国际贸易环境。随着全球关税水平的不断下降,非关税措施,特别是技术性贸易措施对国际贸易的影响越来越大。中国是全球的机电产品制造大国,我国小家电产品出口数量从2000年起已经跃居全球首位,在全球市场所占份额已经达到50%左右(依据联合国贸
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into WTO in 2001, China has conscientiously fulfilled its obligations, actively enjoyed its rights and increased its foreign trade volume. WTO, as a multilateral international trade organization, is committed to reducing and eliminating the adverse effects of various tariff and non-tariff measures on international trade and building a fair and free international trading environment. With the continuous decline of global tariff level, non-tariff measures, especially technical trade measures, have a greater and greater impact on international trade. China is a major manufacturer of mechanical and electrical products in the world. The export volume of small household appliances in China has leapt to the top of the world since 2000, and its share in the global market has reached about 50% (according to the United Nations trade).
