全球价值链、能源效率和经济增长：来自“一带一路”国家的证据

“一带一路”倡议推动了中国与世界其他地区之间的技术、贸易、全球价值链、能源、交通和交流等方面的发展,这对经济增长和发展至关重要。同时刺激了“一带一路”倡议下的政策自由化战略,目前该倡议已成为各国全球发展战略的核心。目前的全球贸易密不可分,需要分享知识、信息和技能,这就导致了各国生产的碎片化,即全球价值链(GVC)。全球价值链之间的复杂关系;能源效率和经济增长之间的关系及调节这种联系的阈值变量;全球创新价值链对波动冲击的影响。具体目标包括:(1)以“一带一路”亚洲国家为背景,研究“一带一路”对经济增长模式和全球价值链参与的影响,以及全球价值链对经济增长的影响。(2)以欧洲“一带一路”沿线国家为背景,研究“一带一路”如何刺激全球价值链参与和经济增长模式,以及全球价值链对能源效率的影响。(3)考虑所有“一带一路”国家,使用了70个“一带一路”国家面板数据,研究了全球价值链、能源消费效率与经济增长之间的关系。对于研究目标一,结果显示,在亚洲的“一带一路”成员国中,大多数国家在实施“一带一路”计划后全球价值链有了显著改善。这表明该项目可能在某种程度上正在实现其目标。总体而言,尽管各国在“一带一路...
