关于提升基层财务队伍素质的思考

【摘要】：随着市场经济的发展,企业能否长期稳定的发展,对企业的有效管理尤为重要。财务管理工作在企业生产经营活动中发挥的作用越来越重要。呈现出财务队伍不断专业化、财务资源不断优化配置,财务价值创造与风险控制不断有效平衡的良好局面。同时也对财务人员的素质提出了更高的要求。因此,在分层级管理的集团公司中,如何提升基层财务队伍的素质将成为现阶段的重要工作方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, whether the enterprise can develop steadily for a long time is particularly important for the effective management of the enterprise. The financial management plays an increasingly important role in the production and operation of the enterprise. The optimal allocation of financial resources, the continuous and effective balance between financial value creation and risk control. At the same time, higher requirements for the quality of financial personnel are put forward. How to improve the quality of the grassroots financial team will become an important direction of work at this stage.
