粮食补贴政策对种稻大户采用增产型技术的影响

【摘要】：利用来自江苏省的调查数据,构建二元Logistic模型,在控制家庭特征因素、农业生产特征因素、粮食作物种植情况的条件下,实证研究粮食补贴政策因素对种稻大户采用增产型技术的影响。研究结果显示:在粮食补贴政策因素中,粮食补贴金额、补贴政策满意度均显著正向影响种稻大户采用增产型技术。在家庭特征因素中,务农人数所占比例、家庭人均月收入均显著正向影响种稻大户采用增产型技术。人均耕地面积显著负向影响种稻大户采用增产型技术。在农业生产特征因素中,专业化程度显著正向影响种稻大户采用增产型技术。在粮食作物种植情况中,水稻产量显著负向影响种稻大户采用增产型技术。在此基础上,得出提高种稻大户对粮食补贴政策的满意度、促进种稻大户家庭人均月收入增长、提高其专业化程度等政策启示。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data from Jiangsu Province, a dual Logistic model was constructed to control household characteristics, agricultural production and crop cultivation.An empirical study on the effect of grain subsidy policy on large rice growers using yield-increasing techniques was carried out.The results showed that among the factors of grain subsidy policy, the amount of grain subsidy and the satisfaction degree of subsidy policy had a significant positive effect on the adoption of yield increasing technology by large rice farmers.Among the family characteristics, the proportion of farm workers and the average monthly income of the family had a significant positive effect on the large rice growers adopting the technique of increasing yield.The per capita cultivated land area had a significant negative effect on the large rice producers using the technique of increasing yield.Among the characteristic factors of agricultural production, the degree of specialization had a significant positive effect on the large rice growers adopting the technique of increasing yield.In the cultivation of grain crops, the yield of rice significantly negatively affected the large rice households to adopt the technique of increasing yield.On the basis of this, the policy enlightenment of raising the satisfaction of the large rice farmers to the grain subsidy policy, promoting the per capita monthly income of the large rice households and increasing the degree of specialization are obtained.
