营改增宏观经济效应的实证研究

【摘要】：本文将投入产出法与CGE模型结合,测算建筑业、房地产业、金融业以及生活性服务业营改增对我国主要宏观经济指标、产业结构以及居民收入分配状况的影响。研究发现,四大行业营改增将使我国国内生产总值增长1.26%、投资需求增长5.29%、居民名义收入增长1.67%,但会使得就业水平降低1.70%。从产业结构看,四大行业营改增对工业的促进作用要大于服务业。从居民收入分配状况看,四大行业营改增将会扩大城镇居民收入分配差距,但会改善农村居民收入分配差距。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the input-output method and CGE model are combined to measure the effects of the restructuring of construction, real estate, financial and living services on the main macroeconomic indicators, industrial structure and income distribution of Chinese residents.It is found that the increase of the four major industries will increase the gross domestic product (GDP) by 1.26%, the investment demand by 5.29%, the nominal income by 1.67%, but the employment level by 1.70%.From the view of industrial structure, the promotion effect of the four major industries to industry is greater than that of service industry.From the perspective of the income distribution of the residents, the reform of the four major industries will enlarge the income distribution gap of the urban residents, but will improve the income distribution gap of the rural residents.
