广西社会科学财政投入问题研究

【摘要】：正本文从广西社会科学发展的问题入手,在进行比较分析的基础上,研究财政如何更好地投入。本文所指社会科学财政投入是以财政部门为主体,通过财政预算安排,用于社会科学基础研究、事业发展的资金。一、广西社会科学财政投入的现状(一)投入政策。中共中央《关于进一步繁荣发展哲学社会科学的意见》指出,要建立一支高水平的社会科学研究队伍,建立和完善评价和激励机制,努力建设哲学社会科学理论创新体系,把繁荣发展哲学社会科学作为一项重大而紧迫
[Abstract]:Starting with the development of Guangxi social science, this paper studies how to invest better in finance on the basis of comparative analysis. The financial input of the social science in this paper is the fund for the basic research and the development of the cause of the social science through the financial budget arrangement and taking the finance department as the main body.
