包头:促进稀土产业发展的财政政策

【摘要】：正稀土在战略性新兴产业中有着广泛应用并成为其发展的重要支撑。内蒙古自治区包头市作为稀土资源储量全国最大的城市,其稀土产业在获得发展的同时也面临一些问题。笔者认为,应加强完善相关财政政策,进一步促进稀土产业的持续健康发展,将包头的稀土资源优势转化为经济优势。稀土产业发展存在的问题包头市拥有丰富的稀土资源。截至2013年,包头市共有稀土企业95家,稀土行业总产值152.4亿元,占全国20%。尽管在稀土新材料基地建设上具备了一定的基础与条件,但是仍然面临着一些
