【摘要】：正按照财政部党组关于加强财政预算监管的总体要求,北京专员办针对属地中央基层预算单位多达2000多家的特点,通过内部挖潜、整合职责、规范流程、统一标准、加强业务培训和信息技术支持等多方面的不懈努力,基本实现了对属地中央基层预算单位的预算监管全覆盖。同时,初步建立了提高监管效率和方便基层单位办事的工作机制。深挖内部潜力,全办共担重任。北京专员办负责监管的中央基层预算单位共有2031家,按原有处室分工,全办
[Abstract]:In accordance with the overall requirements of the Party Group of the Ministry of Finance on strengthening the supervision of the financial budget, the Beijing Commissioner's Office aims at the characteristics of more than 2000 budgetary units at the grass-roots level of the local central authorities, through tapping potential inside, integrating responsibilities, standardizing processes, and unifying standards. To strengthen business training and information technology support and other unremitting efforts, the basic realization of the local central budgetary units of the budget supervision of the full coverage.
