阳光下的资金流——湖北京山创新民生资金电子监管工作纪实

【摘要】：正如何加强民生资金监管,一直是社会关注的焦点。湖北省京山县财政局针对民生资金监管难问题,以维护群众切身利益、提高民生资金使用实效为出发点,开发出了一套民生资金电子动态监管系统,先后将全县26个部门73个项目、总额达9.34亿元民生资金纳入监管范围,实现了对民生资金事前、事中和事后全程动态监管,运行效果受到了社会的广泛关注与好评。
[Abstract]:How to strengthen the supervision of people's livelihood funds, has been the focus of social attention. In order to safeguard the vital interests of the masses and improve the effectiveness of the use of people's funds, the Hubei Jingshan County Finance Bureau has developed a set of electronic dynamic supervision system for people's livelihood funds in view of the difficult problem of supervision of people's livelihood funds. With 73 projects of 26 departments in the county, the total amount of 934 million yuan people's livelihood funds was brought into the scope of supervision, and realized the dynamic supervision of people's livelihood funds before, during and after the whole process, and the operation effect was widely concerned and praised by the society.
