安徽省高等教育物质资源投入效益的评估研究

【摘要】:资源的优化配置一直是建设节约型社会的主题,资源优化配置不仅可以体现在经济社会中也可以体现在教育中。近年来人们对你高等教育的资源投入效益关注程度越来越高,高等教育资源的优化配置不仅可以提高教育资源投入的效益,而且还可以改善教育的质量,对提高高等教育的竞争和发展具有非常重要的意义。高等教育资源按内容来划分主要有人力资源、物力资源以及财力资源这三方面,本文主要是对安徽省高等教育的物质资源投入效益进行评估分析。本文根据确立模型指标体系的基本原则,确定了七个输入指标(生均固定资产、生均校舍面积、生均教学用计算机数、生均多媒体教室座位数、生均语音实验室座位数、电子图书量、生均拥有图书馆图数量)和三个输出指标(毕业生人数、科研经费到款额、人均公开发表论文数);之后根据安徽省高等教育物质资源投入效益评价的特点建立评价模型,即多元线性回归模型。收集指标数据,运用多元线性回归分析法对安徽省高等教育物质资源投入效益进行评价研究,确定和检验模型,得出三组回归模型,从这三组模型中分别看出毕业生人数与生均固定资产、生均教学用计算机数、生均多媒体教室座位数、生均拥有电子图数量、生均拥有图书馆图数量呈现出正相关的关系,毕业生人数与生均校舍面积、生均语音实验室座位数呈负相关的关系;科研经费到款额与生均固定资产、生均校舍面积、生均教学用计算机数、生均多媒体教室座位数、生均拥有电子图数量、生均拥有图书馆图数量呈正相关的关系,科研经费到款额与生均语音实验室座位数呈负相关的关系;人均公开发表论文数与生均固定资产、生均教学用计算机数、生均多媒体教室座位数、生均拥有电子图数量、生均拥有图书馆图数量出正相关的关系,人均公开发表论文数与生均校舍面积、生均语音实验室座位数呈负相关的关系。最后根据模型和提高高等教育物质资源投入效益的基本原则,指出必须从投入机制、管理模式和资源共享这三方面入手来提高安徽省高等教育物质资源投入的效益。
[Abstract]:The optimal allocation of resources has always been the theme of building a conservation-oriented society, and the optimal allocation of resources can be reflected not only in economic society but also in education. In recent years, people have been paying more and more attention to the benefit of your higher education resources. The optimal allocation of higher education resources can not only improve the efficiency of educational resources investment, but also improve the quality of education. It is of great significance to improve the competition and development of higher education. The resources of higher education are divided into three aspects: human resources, material resources and financial resources. This paper mainly evaluates and analyzes the benefit of the material resources of higher education in Anhui Province. According to the basic principles of establishing the model index system, this paper determines seven input indexes (fixed assets per student, school area per student, teaching computer per student, multimedia classroom seat per student, speech laboratory seat per student. Number of e-books, number of library maps per student) and three output indicators (number of graduates, amount of research funds to amount, number of published papers per person); Then, according to the characteristics of the evaluation of the benefit of the material resources of higher education in Anhui Province, the evaluation model, namely, the multiple linear regression model, is established. Collecting the index data, using the multiple linear regression analysis method to evaluate the benefit of the material resources of higher education in Anhui Province, determining and testing the model, and obtaining three groups of regression models. From these three groups of models, we can see that there is a positive correlation between the number of graduates and the number of fixed assets, the number of computers used for teaching, the number of seats in multimedia classrooms, the number of electronic maps, the number of library maps, and the number of library maps. There was a negative correlation between the number of graduates and the area of the average school building, the number of seats in the phonetics laboratory, the amount of scientific research funds and the fixed assets of the students, the average area of the school premises, the number of computers used for teaching, the number of seats in the multimedia classroom. There is a positive correlation between the number of electronic maps and library maps, a negative correlation between the amount of scientific research funds and the number of speech lab seats per student, and a negative correlation between the number of published papers and the fixed assets of students. The number of computers used for teaching, the number of multimedia classroom seats, the number of electronic maps, the number of library maps, the number of published papers per student and the area of the school building were positively related to the number of students. There was a negative correlation between the number of locus and the number of loci in the speech lab. Finally, according to the model and the basic principle of improving the benefit of material resource investment in higher education, it is pointed out that the benefit of material resource input of higher education in Anhui Province must be improved from three aspects: input mechanism, management mode and resource sharing.
