中国财政学会第八届理事会工作报告

【摘要】：正各位理事、各位代表:中国财政学会第八届理事会选举产生于2010年4月,至今已满五年。由于种种原因,没能按章程规定及时换届,特此说明。下面,我受中国财政学会第八届理事会的委托,向大会作工作报告,请予审议。一、第八届理事会主要工作回顾中国财政学会第八届理事会在财政部党组的关心支持下,在以谢旭人为会长的学会领导机构的领导下,在各位理事、各分支机构、各会员单位的大力支持和密切配合下,坚持以邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想和科学发展观为指导,以党的十八大、十八届三中、四中全会精神为行动指南,坚持为党的中心工作服务、为现实服务的"两为"方针,
[Abstract]:The eighth Council of the Chinese Fiscal Association was elected in April 2010 and has been elected for five years. For various reasons, it is stated that the term of office has not been changed in time as stipulated in the articles of association. Next, I am entrusted by the eighth Council of the Chinese Institute of Finance to make a report to the Congress, please review it. 1. Review of the main work of the eighth session of the Council of the Chinese Fiscal Association. The eighth Council of the Chinese Fiscal Association, supported by the concern of the Party Group of the Ministry of Finance and under the leadership of the Institute's leadership body with Xie Xuren as its president, is in charge of the governing bodies and branches, With the strong support and close cooperation of the member units, we should take the Deng Xiaoping theory, the important thought of "three represents" and the scientific concept of development as the guidance, and take the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, the third Central Committee of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the fourth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee as the guidelines for action. Adhere to the "two for" policy of serving the central work of the Party and serving the reality.
