环保服务产业发展与财政直接投入驱动关系的实证研究——基于长三角数据

【摘要】：为了全面应对环境危机,我国将以加强环境服务业需求侧管理为现阶段环保工作的中心,设立环保服务产业财政专项资金约1.2万亿元,这将为环境服务产业提供非常巨大的发展机遇。文章利用长三角区域2010-2014年的季度数据,建立相关回归方程,结果表明财政直接投入对环保服务产业季度产值产生正影响;格兰杰因果检验表明财政直接投入是环保服务产业季度产值变化的格兰杰原因,从而说明回归方程具有明确的经济意义,因此,我国政府应采取措施建立持续性财政投入机制,以促进该产业发展。
[Abstract]:In order to comprehensively deal with the environmental crisis, our country will take strengthening the demand side management of the environmental service industry as the center of environmental protection work at the present stage, and set up a special financial fund of about 1.2 trillion yuan for the environmental protection service industry. This will provide great development opportunities for the environmental service industry. Based on the quarterly data of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2010 to 2014, the related regression equation is established. The results show that the direct financial input has a positive impact on the quarterly output value of the environmental protection service industry. Granger causality test shows that direct financial input is the Granger reason for the change of quarterly output value of environmental protection service industry, which shows that the regression equation has clear economic significance. Therefore, our government should take measures to establish a sustainable financial investment mechanism. In order to promote the development of the industry.
