【摘要】：正近年来,我国农业农村发展取得显著成绩,但是农业资源过度开发、农业投入品过量使用、地下水超采以及农业内外源污染相互叠加等带来的一系列问题日益凸显,农业可持续发展面临重大挑战。财政部在扎实调研、认真分析、反复论证的基础上,提出实施农业可持续发展新战略,相关研究成果被吸收到十八届三中全会《决定》和2014年、2015年中央1号文件中。为贯彻落实中央决策部署,两年来中央财政锐意进取、开拓创新,财政支持
[Abstract]:In recent years, remarkable achievements have been made in the development of agricultural and rural areas in China, but a series of problems, such as over-exploitation of agricultural resources, excessive use of agricultural inputs, overexploitation of groundwater, and overlapping of agricultural internal and external sources of pollution, have become increasingly prominent. The sustainable development of agriculture faces major challenges. On the basis of solid investigation, careful analysis and repeated argumentation, the Ministry of Finance put forward a new strategy for the sustainable development of agriculture. The relevant research results were absorbed into the decision of the third Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee and the No. 1 document of the Central Committee in 2014 and 2015. In order to carry out the decision-making and deployment of the central government, the central government has been enterprising, innovative and financially supported in the past two years.
