ECFA条件下大陆西部边境地区对台经济合作的产业选择与财税支撑策略

【摘要】：基于ECFA效应,深化对两岸经济合作区域布局的影响与诉求,本文认为,在ECFA框架下借助中国大陆争取广阔的国际市场是台湾产业发展、企业生存的必经之路。为此,大陆西部边境地区是ECFA条件下台湾拓展国际市场的必然区域选择。在此认识下,本文重点论述了西部边境地区对台经济合作应选择的优势产业,相应提出了支撑产业集群发展的财税政策体系。
[Abstract]:Based on the ECFA effect, deepening the influence and demand to the regional distribution of cross-strait economic cooperation, this paper holds that it is the only way for Taiwan's industrial development and enterprises' survival to strive for a broad international market with the help of the mainland of China under the framework of ECFA. Therefore, the western border area of mainland China is an inevitable regional choice for Taiwan to expand its international market under the condition of ECFA. Under this understanding, this paper focuses on the dominant industries that should be chosen for economic cooperation with Taiwan in the western border areas, and puts forward the fiscal and tax policy system to support the development of industrial clusters accordingly.
