包商银行MG分行保理业务发展存在问题与对策研究

【摘要】:在国内金融体系改革进一步加快背景下,我国的利率市场化进程逐步加快。与此同时,商业银行传统的盈利模式已经难以持续维持银行的利润增长。为此,国内大多数商业银行纷纷开始加强中间业务创新力度,以为银行提供新的利润增长点。国外发达国家商业银行发展实践表明,保理业务在为企业解决短期融资困难方面具有独特优势,且具有较为广阔的市场前景,是一项值得国内商业银行借鉴并发展的中间业务。本文以包商银行MG分行为研究对象,结合保理业务相关理论,首先,分析了MG分行保理业务发展现状及存在问题;研究发现,尽管MG分行的保理业务起步较晚,但是其却呈现较快的发展速度,且具有较广阔的发展前景;然而,目前包商银行MG分行保理业务发展仍存在客户构成结构较单一、服务质量欠规范致使客户流失、营销力度不足市场知名度较低、保理业务专业人才缺乏、风险控制体系有待健全等问题。其次,文章剖析了MG分行进一步加快发展保理业务的必要性及优势,认为在日趋激烈的商业银行竞争环境下,包商银行MG分行有必要进一步加快保理业务的发展,以盘活企业沉淀资金、缓解企业融资压力,不断增加银行利润增长点,并打造核心竞争力。最后,结合MG分行发展保理业务具有的优势,并针对其在发展过程中的存在问题,提出进一步加快发展保理业务的具体建议。建议包商银行MG分行应从明确市场定位,完善客户结构;增强服务意识,建立服务标准;加大营销力度,扩大市场影响力;引进专业人才,完善培训体系;规范审批流程,构建风控体系等方面入手,采取针对性措施,以加快分行保理业务的发展,塑造在区域金融市场上的保理业务品牌,构建分行保理业务独特的市场竞争优势。本文研究对其他银行同业发展保理业务具有现实参考意义。
[Abstract]:Under the background of further speeding up the reform of domestic financial system, the interest rate marketization process in China has been accelerated gradually. At the same time, the traditional profit model of commercial banks has been difficult to sustain the profit growth of banks. Most of the domestic commercial banks have begun to strengthen the innovation of intermediate business to provide a new profit growth point for the banks. The development practice of commercial banks in developed countries shows that. Factoring has unique advantages in solving short-term financing difficulties for enterprises, and has a broad market prospect. This paper takes MG branch of the contractor bank as the research object, and combines the relevant theory of factoring business, first of all. The present situation and existing problems of factoring business in MG branch are analyzed. It is found that although the factoring business of MG branch started late, it has a rapid development speed and has a broad development prospect. However, at present, the factoring business of MG branch of the contractor bank still has a single customer structure, the service quality is not standard, resulting in the loss of customers, and the lack of marketing efforts is less well-known. Factoring professional lack of talent, risk control system to be sound and other issues. Secondly, the article analyzes the MG branch to further accelerate the development of factoring business necessity and advantages. In the increasingly fierce competition environment of commercial banks, it is necessary to further accelerate the development of factoring business in MG branch of contractor bank, in order to activate the settling funds of enterprises and alleviate the financing pressure of enterprises. Increasing the bank profit growth point and building core competitiveness. Finally, combining the advantages of MG branch to develop factoring business, and in view of its existing problems in the development process. It is suggested that the MG branch of the contractor bank should make clear the market position and perfect the customer structure in order to speed up the development of factoring business. Strengthen service consciousness and establish service standard; Increase marketing efforts and expand market influence; Introducing professional talents and perfecting the training system; Standardize the approval process, build risk control system and other aspects, take targeted measures to speed up the development of branch factoring business, shaping the factoring business brand in the regional financial market. This study has practical significance for other banks to develop factoring business.
