潍坊市农村汽车市场发展的影响因素调查研究

【摘要】:近年来我国农村经济的长足发展受到党中央和国务院的对支农惠农政策的不断完善和加强的直接影响。农村汽车消费市场悄然发生着变化,受农民的收入增加的影响,也使得更多的农民有能力买得起车、有条件用得起车。2014年9月国家统计局潍坊调查大队数据显示,2014年上半年潍坊农村居民人均现金收入10060元,居全山东省第一位,绝对数比全国高4664元[1]。潍坊市城乡交通设施建设在山东省首屈一指,潍坊市农村公路通车里程达到22995.3公里,9039个行政村全部实现通油路,行政村通油路率达到100%,位居山东省第一位[1];以及我市蓬勃发展的农用机械、新能源汽车制造业,潍坊市农村汽车市场的潜力也逐渐显现。随着农村经济的发展、农村外出出行越来越多,货物流通量也越来越大,我市农村汽车市场的需求热度逐年上升。但是在农村汽车市场发展壮大的同时,其中也存在一些问题,急需要对该市场呈现的问题和现象进行归纳研究,以便更好地解决目前出现的各种问题并、同时科学地对其指导,实现中国汽车市场这片“最后金矿”的健康、稳定、持续发展,是本论文所研究的目的。本论文通过分析当前国内外农村汽车市场的现状,归纳总结我国农村汽车市场需求特点;结合实地调研客观、全面呈现潍坊农村汽车市场领域的现状以及未来发展趋势,并提供有针对性的策略,以服务农民、服务于汽车企业,进而有效地保护繁荣和促进农村汽车市场的可持续发展,是本研究的主体目标。论文首先分析了现阶段中国农村汽车市场的发展特点,对农村汽车市场的现状、市场特点、需求情况、市场潜力及发展趋势等做了详细的分析。对适合农村汽车市场的车型进行了特征描述。本文注重潍坊地区农村汽车市场条件和消费环境,农村汽车市场销售、售后服务模式,更重要的是希望实现对潍坊地区乃至全国农村汽车市场营销发展、经营模式的客观呈现。科学的采用调查问卷对潍坊当地农村展开了实地调研工作。重点对潍坊市农村汽车市场的区域发展情况进行调研,对潍坊地区经济、交通、汽车消费现状进行了分析介绍。针对潍坊农村市场消费者需求现状研究,采用了问卷调查和访谈调查两种方法,并编制了影响潍坊农村汽车消费因素的调查问卷》进行调查。从潍坊市2014年各县市区乡镇中随机选取了为调研对象,再从这些乡镇中随机抽取150位农村购车居民为研究对象。调查时间从2014年3月1日开始到2014年5月1日结束。本次调研活动问卷发放150份、问卷回收146份、有效问卷回收126份、有效问卷回收率为84%。分析了潍坊市农村汽车市场发展中存在的问题,并给出了相应的发展对策。基于调查结果,结合对相关政策法规、研究材料、文件资料和文献的分析研究,参考潍坊当地现状,对现阶段新政策形势下农村汽车市场的发展做了全面、直观、深入的分析。给出了今后应加大农用汽车购置补贴的政策扶持力度,改善销售模式,提高售后服务质量,制定更完善的保障制度,加强农村二手车市场及报废车的监督和管理,减轻农民朋友购车时的税费负担,简化购车手续,以切实保障农村汽车市场的繁荣和可持续发展等各项建议,并提出了农村汽车市场发展政策措施建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of China's rural economy has been directly influenced by the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the continuous improvement and strengthening of the policy of supporting agricultural benefits. The rural automobile consumption market has been quietly changing, influenced by the increase of farmers' income, and more farmers have the ability to afford to buy cars, and the conditions are available to the state of the country of.2014 in September. Statistics Bureau Weifang survey team data show that in the first half of 2014, the per capita cash income of rural residents in Weifang was 10060 yuan, the first in Shandong Province, the absolute number of 4664 yuan higher than the country [1]. Weifang city urban and rural transportation facilities in Shandong Province, Weifang city road to 22995.3 kilometers, 9039 administrative villages all realized. The demand heat of the field is increasing year by year. However, there are some problems in the development and expansion of the rural auto market, and there are some problems in it. It is urgent to study the problems and phenomena presented in the market so as to better solve the existing problems and to guide them scientifically and realize the "last gold mine" in China's auto market. This paper analyzes the current situation of the domestic and foreign rural automobile market, sums up the characteristics of the demand of the rural automobile market in our country, and presents the current situation and future development trend of the rural automobile market in Weifang, and provides the pertinence with the objective of the field investigation. The strategy, in order to serve the farmers, serve the automobile enterprise, and then effectively protect the prosperity and promote the sustainable development of the rural automobile market, is the main object of this study. Firstly, the paper analyzes the development characteristics of the current Chinese rural automobile market, the status of the market, market characteristics, demand, market potential and development of the rural automobile market. The characteristics of the car market suitable for the rural automobile market are described in detail. This article focuses on the rural automobile market conditions and consumption environment in the rural areas of Weifang, the marketing of rural automobile market, the mode of after-sales service, and more important is to realize the marketing development of the automobile market in the Weifang area and the whole country, and the mode of operation. Objective presentation. A scientific survey was carried out on the local rural areas in Weifang with a scientific questionnaire. The regional development of the rural automobile market in Weifang was investigated and the current situation of the economy, traffic and automobile consumption in Weifang was analyzed. A questionnaire was adopted to study the current situation of the consumer demand in the rural areas of Weifang. Investigation and interview survey two methods, and compiled a survey on the factors affecting the automobile consumption in Weifang rural areas. From the towns and townships in each county of Weifang in 2014, randomly selected as the research object, and then randomly selected 150 rural car buyers from these villages and towns as the research object. The survey time began from March 1, 2014 to 5 in 2014. At the end of month 1, 150 questionnaires were issued, 146 questionnaires were collected and 126 valid questionnaires were recovered. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 84%. analysis of the problems existing in the development of the rural automobile market in Weifang, and the corresponding development countermeasures were given. With reference to the current situation in Weifang, this paper makes a comprehensive, intuitive and in-depth analysis on the development of the rural auto market under the new policy situation at present. It gives the policy support to increase the subsidy for the purchase of agricultural vehicles, improve the sales mode, improve the quality of after-sales service, make a more perfect guarantee system, and strengthen the rural secondhand. The supervision and management of the car market and the scrap car will reduce the burden of tax and fee for the farmers' car purchase, simplify the purchase procedures, ensure the prosperity and sustainable development of the rural automobile market, and put forward some suggestions for the development of the rural automobile market.
