大同市电力营销业务应用系统评价

【摘要】:这些年来,中国国家电网公司把发展“坚强智能”、建设“一强三优”电网作为发展的奋斗目标,把“转变公司发展方式,转变电网发展方式”作为公司发展的口号,以“四化”为要求努力建设“三集五大”发展体系。国家电网公司努力构建“大营销”的策略,在保证公司良好运营状态前提下积极了解电力市场的发展现状和市场需求、客户要求,不断提升对市场的把握能力和与客户沟通的服务水平,以实现国家电网的可持续健康高效发展。与此同时,国家电网将电力营销策略列为公司“坚强智能电网”系统的发展模式下,严格按照“四化”的目标和要求实行制定相关策略,使“大营销”策略更加高度信息化、自动化和互动化,成为国家电网发展强有力的动力。因此,本研究对系统建设过程中的业务模型的合理性、技术的先进性、功能的复杂性和系统的安全性等因素进行分析和评价,总结经验,发现不足,提出合理建议,对系统的成功应用具有重要的意义。本文结合国家电网标准化建设要求和工作实际,对大同电力营销业务应用系统进行评价。首先综述了大同电力营销业务应用系统的建设现状,分析了目前资源情况;然后分析了当前热门的几种综合评价方法,并重点介绍了现代常用模糊综合评价法的原理、优点及缺点;随后按照国家电网公司营销信息化系统实用化工作规范要求设计系统评价指标;最后运用模糊综合评价法对大同市电力营销业务应用系统从系统运行的稳定性、标准化设计成果应用的符合度、业务应用的广度和深度、数据支持的可信度等方面,对实用化应用水平进行评价。
[Abstract]:Over the years, the State Grid Company of China has taken the development of "strong intelligence", the construction of "one strong and three excellent" grid as the goal of development, and the slogan of "changing the mode of development of the company and changing the mode of development of the power grid". "four modernizations" as a requirement to build the "three sets of five" development system. The State Grid Company strives to build a "big marketing" strategy to actively understand the current situation of the electricity market, the market demand, and the customer requirements under the premise of ensuring the company's good operating state. Constantly improve the ability to grasp the market and communicate with customers to achieve sustainable, healthy and efficient development of the State Grid. At the same time, the State Grid listed the power marketing strategy as the development mode of the company's "strong smart grid" system, strictly according to the objectives and requirements of the "four modernizations" to formulate relevant strategies to make the "big marketing" strategy more highly information. Automation and interaction have become a powerful driving force for the development of the State Grid. Therefore, this study analyzes and evaluates the factors such as the rationality of business model, the advanced technology, the complexity of function and the security of the system in the process of system construction, summarizes the experience, finds out the shortcomings, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions. It is of great significance to the successful application of the system. This paper evaluates the application system of Datong electric power marketing business according to the requirement and practice of the standardization construction of State Grid. This paper first summarizes the current situation of the construction of Datong electric power marketing business application system, analyzes the current situation of resources, then analyzes several popular comprehensive evaluation methods, and emphatically introduces the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method commonly used in modern times. Advantages and disadvantages; then according to the requirements of the State Grid Corporation marketing information system practical work specifications to design the evaluation index; finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the stability of Datong electric power marketing application system running from the system, The degree of conformity of the application of standardized design results, the breadth and depth of business application, the reliability of data support and so on are evaluated.
