大数据驱动的纺织智能制造平台架构

【摘要】:在分析纺织工业面临的"十三五"发展形势与智能制造建设任务的基础上,探讨了大数据技术在新一代工业革命中的关键地位,详细阐述了大数据对制造过程的透明化、精益化、高效化和智能化作用。基于工业4.0参考架构与中国智能制造标准化参考模型,分析了纺织智能制造的具体需求,以及信息物理融合技术与大数据技术在纺织智能制造中的核心地位与驱动作用。提出了大数据驱动的纺织智能制造平台体系架构,阐述了横向集成、纵向集成与端到端集成3项智能制造工作,以及基于大数据平台的产品设计智能化、生产组织智能化、营销智能化、售后服务智能化等应用场景。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the development situation of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the task of intelligent manufacturing construction in textile industry, the key position of big data technology in the new generation industrial revolution is discussed, and the transparency of big data to manufacturing process is expounded in detail. Lean, efficient and intelligent. Based on the reference architecture of industry 4.0 and the reference model of intelligent manufacturing in China, this paper analyzes the specific requirements of intelligent textile manufacturing, and the core position and driving role of information physical fusion technology and big data technology in intelligent textile manufacturing. The architecture of intelligent textile manufacturing platform driven by big data is proposed. Three items of intelligent manufacturing work, including horizontal integration, vertical integration and end-to-end integration, as well as product design intelligence and production organization intelligence based on big data platform are described. Marketing intelligence, intelligent after-sales service and other application scenarios.
