太原地区配网故障智能处理系统研究设计

【摘要】:电力发展对社会进步与国家安全意义重大,是国民经济前进与百姓日常生活的重要保障。二十一世纪初,北美和欧洲都发生过规模巨大的停电事故,波及的范围之广、影响之巨、损失之大都是前所未有的,对社会与经济发展产生了重大影响,这也为我国的电力事业发展提供警示。论文研究配网故障智能处理系统理论,涉及配网故障信息来源与特征、故障智能处理系统功能、处理系统技术路线和故障处理系统特性等。配网故障信息不同于其它信息,它的信息来源和信息属性都具有特殊性;配网故障智能处理系统的主要功能点包括故障发现,实时化、互动化抢修,用电风险分析,故障智能分析,统计分析和状态评估等五点;系统以GIS系统、GPS定位系统、营销管理系统、客户服务中心(95598)等平台为基础,以面向服务(SOA)架构为设计原则。配网故障智能处理系统充分利用创新的信息科技成果,满足未来的系统拓展和业务需求。论文结合太原配网故障智能处理系统建设项目进行系统设计,系统被划分为生产控制区和信息管理区两大块,连接配电自动化系统、营销系统、PMS系统、GIS系统等供电公司平台。系统底层是数据库和数据存取组件,系统前台包括95598报修来电、配网自动化故障自发现、用电采集、PDA抢修作业、系统平台和GIS图形展示,底层与前台之间是系统接口、前后台交互逻辑和后台计算机程序。故障智能处理系统的关键技术包括GIS平台和智能信息平台,系统依托通用信息模型、禁忌搜索算法、多目标评判算法等理论实现功能优化。论文研究太原配网故障智能处理系统项目实施,分析了国网太原供电公司的特点以及故障智能处理系统业务功能的具体实现,研究配网故障抢修流程以及项目的测试验收。配网故障智能处理系统的成功建设,提高了太原配网的发展水平。系统有效支撑了公司的故障处理工作,实现公司管理的快速、高效、科学运行,创造巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
[Abstract]:The development of electric power is of great significance to social progress and national security, and is an important guarantee for the progress of national economy and the daily life of the people. In the early 21 century, there were huge power outages in North America and Europe, which affected a wide range of areas, had a huge impact, and most of the losses were unprecedented, and had a significant impact on social and economic development. This also provides a warning for the development of our country's electric power industry. This paper studies the theory of distribution network fault intelligent processing system, including the source and characteristics of distribution network fault information, the function of fault intelligent processing system, the technical route of processing system and the characteristics of fault processing system, etc. The fault information of distribution network is different from other information, its information source and information attribute have particularity, the main function points of intelligent processing system of distribution network fault include fault detection, real-time, interactive repair, power risk analysis, etc. The system is based on GIS system, marketing management system, customer service center (95598) and service-oriented (SOA) architecture. Intelligent distribution network fault processing system makes full use of innovative information technology to meet the future system expansion and business needs. The system is divided into two parts: production control area and information management area. The system is connected with distribution automation system, marketing system PMS system and GIS system. There are database and data access components at the bottom of the system, and the front desk of the system includes 95598 repair calls, automatic fault detection of distribution network, rush repair work of electric collecting PDAs, system platform and GIS graphic display, and system interface between the bottom and front desk. Front-and-back interactive logic and background computer programs. The key technologies of fault intelligent processing system include GIS platform and intelligent information platform. The system realizes function optimization based on general information model, Tabu search algorithm, multi-objective evaluation algorithm and so on. This paper studies the implementation of Taiyuan distribution network fault intelligent processing system, analyzes the characteristics of Taiyuan Power supply Company and the realization of the business function of the fault intelligent processing system, studies the distribution network fault repair process and the test and acceptance of the project. The successful construction of intelligent distribution network fault handling system improves the development level of Taiyuan distribution network. The system effectively supports the trouble handling work of the company, realizes the rapid, efficient and scientific operation of the company management, and creates huge economic and social benefits.
