ZZ银行小微企业金融服务改进方案

【摘要】:小微企业作为我国经济社会中最基层、最活跃的群体,在促进经济增长、增加社会就业、加快科技创新与维护社会稳定和谐等方面具有重要的作用,近年来受到了党和政府以及社会各界的广泛关注和高度重视.同时,加强对小微企业的金融支持是商业银行不可推卸的社会责任,也是商业银行不可缺失的经济增长点.多家银行都已开始瞄准小微企业金融服务市场,银行间对小微企业服务市场的争夺已显露端倪,开拓和发展小微企业金融服务市场,从长远角度看,是商业银行特别是规模相对较小的地方性商业银行保持长期稳定发展的战略目标。ZZ银行作为立足于省会的一家地方性商业银行业更应该抓住机遇,积极探索和发展适合小微企业需要的金融服务方式与渠道,提高小微企业金融服务的质量,打造自己的品牌,并根据需求的变化不断更新服务,从而取得小微企业的认可,提升他们的忠诚度,在小微企业群中牢固树立自己的品牌形象。本文从小微企业发展的经济环境和金融环境分析入手,结合全国和河南省小微企业金融服务情况和经验,对ZZ银行的小微企业金融服务进行总结和分析,建议从产品、营销、机制、体制、品牌宣传、人员和管理七个方面改进小微企业金融服务,构建ZZ银行“小企业融资专家”品牌建设的支撑体系,使小微企业能够切切实实感受到ZZ银行的专家服务,提高品牌效应,实现ZZ银行经济效益和社会效益的双丰收.
[Abstract]:As the most basic and active group in China's economic society, small and micro enterprises play an important role in promoting economic growth, increasing social employment, speeding up scientific and technological innovation and maintaining social stability and harmony. In recent years by the party and the government and the community from all walks of life widespread concern and highly attention. At the same time, strengthening the financial support to small and micro enterprises is not only the social responsibility of commercial banks, but also the economic growth point of commercial banks. A number of banks have begun to target the small and micro enterprise financial services market, and the competition among banks for the small and micro enterprise financial services market has emerged, opening up and developing the small and micro enterprise financial services market. In the long run, It is a strategic goal for commercial banks, especially the relatively small local commercial banks, to maintain long-term and stable development. As a local commercial bank based in the provincial capital, ZZ Bank should seize the opportunity. Actively explore and develop the financial service modes and channels suitable for the needs of small and micro enterprises, improve the quality of financial services of small and micro enterprises, build their own brands, and constantly update their services according to the changes in demand, thereby obtaining the recognition of small and micro enterprises, Enhance their loyalty and establish their brand image firmly in the small and micro-enterprise cluster. Starting with the analysis of the economic and financial environment of the development of small and micro enterprises, combined with the situation and experience of the financial services of small and micro enterprises in China and Henan Province, this paper sums up and analyzes the financial services of small and micro enterprises of ZZ Bank, and suggests that the products and marketing should be taken into account. Mechanism, system, brand promotion, personnel and management to improve small and micro enterprise financial services, build ZZ bank "small business financing experts" brand building support system, So that small and micro enterprises can really feel the expert service of ZZ Bank, improve the brand effect, and realize the double harvest of economic and social benefits of ZZ Bank.
