智能用电信息采集终端检测平台的设计与评价研究

【摘要】:智能电网是未来电网发展的趋势,也是我国国家电网建设坚强电网的需求,而数字化电网是建立智能电网的必经阶段,因此对于电网而言,对用电信息进行智能数字化采集,实现管理信息的智能平台是建设电网不可或缺的部分。山西省电力公司在国网公司统一规划下,按照国家电网公司智能电表推广工作要求,公司统筹人力物力积极部署,将原有的营销管理平台中的用电信息采集平台和智能电表的实时数据采集进行数据对接,打造智能用电信息采集终端检测平台,并且已经实际投入试运行阶段。在此背景下,非常有必要对当前的智能用电信息采集终端检测平台系统设计进行评价的研究工作,为下一步用电信息采集工作平台的扩展以及其余电网公司的智能用电信息采集终端检测平台建设提供一定的借鉴意义。本文从智能用户用电信息采集系统的相关理论入手,对用户用电信息采集系统的概念进行了介绍,归纳总结了智能用户用电信息采集系统和传统用户用电信息采集系统的差异,解释了智能用户用电信息采集系统中的常用术语,介绍了智能用户用电信息采集系统常用的评价方法。在此基础上,对智能用电信息采集终端检测平台进行了分析设计,首先给出了平台建设的目标和意义,并对当前具有的现状进行了分析,结合现状对要实现的检测平台进行了系统分析和设计,给出了相应的实施方案和实现后的界面展示。根据实际评价问题的具体情况,确定指标选择的原则以及系统应用效果分析以后,从系统性能、技术水平、运行效率和效益提升四个方面建立指标体系,对智能用电信息采集终端检测平台进行评价。选择了层次分析评价法作为评价方法。之后,通过山西省智能用电信息采集平台建设的前后情况进行了实证分析,给出了建设前后的评价结果,并给出了相关建议。本文的研究能够为智能用户用电信息采集系统的建设和管理提供参考借鉴。
[Abstract]:Smart grid is the development trend of the future power grid, and it is also the demand of building a strong grid in our country. The digital grid is the necessary stage to establish the smart grid, so for the power grid, it is necessary to collect the power information intelligently. The intelligent platform to realize management information is an indispensable part of power grid construction. Shanxi Electric Power Company, under the unified plan of the State Grid Company, according to the requirements of the State Grid Corporation for the promotion of smart meters, the company plans for the active deployment of manpower and material resources. The electric information acquisition platform in the original marketing management platform and the real-time data acquisition platform of the intelligent electric meter are docked to create the intelligent power information acquisition terminal detection platform and have been put into trial operation stage. In this context, it is very necessary to evaluate the design of the current intelligent power information acquisition terminal detection platform. It provides some reference for the expansion of power information acquisition platform and the construction of intelligent power information acquisition terminal detection platform for other power grid companies. Based on the related theory of intelligent user power information acquisition system, this paper introduces the concept of user power consumption information acquisition system, and summarizes the difference between intelligent user power consumption information acquisition system and traditional user power information acquisition system. This paper explains the common terms in the intelligent user power information acquisition system, and introduces the common evaluation methods of the intelligent user power information acquisition system. On this basis, the intelligent power information acquisition terminal detection platform is analyzed and designed. Firstly, the purpose and significance of the platform construction are given, and the current situation is analyzed. Combined with the present situation, the system analysis and design of the test platform are carried out, and the corresponding implementation scheme and the interface display after the implementation are given. According to the concrete situation of the actual evaluation problem, the principle of index selection and the analysis of system application effect are determined, and the index system is established from four aspects: system performance, technical level, operation efficiency and benefit promotion. The intelligent power information acquisition terminal detection platform is evaluated. The AHP evaluation method is chosen as the evaluation method. After that, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the situation before and after the construction of the intelligent power information acquisition platform in Shanxi Province, gives the evaluation results before and after the construction, and gives some relevant suggestions. The research in this paper can provide reference for the construction and management of intelligent user power information collection system.
