基于M构架理论的ZX银行信息化发展策略研究

【摘要】：随着网络技术的不断创新和应用,信息大爆炸和大数据时代逐步来临,信息开始作为企业一种核心资源越来越受到各类组织关注,如何有效挖掘关键信息,如何有效识别关键信息,如何有效利用关键信息,已经成为当今各类企业可持续发展和增强经济力的关键任务,面对充斥着大量信息的企业内外部环境,企业的战略规划、经营模式、营销渠道、新技术的运用、管理方法都将面临巨大的挑战和剧烈的影响,信息化的发展也将成为企业未来很长一段时间内的重要工作。通过信息化的建设和应用,必将会为企业获取核心竞争优势,提升创新能力带来巨大的帮助。作为资本密集型和知识密集型双重属性的银行,在强调资本运作,提高资本效率的同时,以信息化为代表的知识、智力和创新已不容无视,随着我国市场利率改革的不断深入,未来银行将面临巨大的冲击和挑战,以利率差为主要盈利手段的模式将发生深刻的变化,创新和服务将成为金融为未来发展的关键因素,因此,如何有效促进产品创新和提升服务质量,这些都将有赖于信息化的建设和应用。同时,为了顺应这一行业趋势,作为银行信息化建设与管理人员也必须对组织内部的信息化建设给予充分的重视,通过明确企业信息化的发展战略,吸收和研发相关信息化建设技术和方案,为组织的核心竞争力提供相应的保障和支持,这些都将是银行信息化建设者和管理者亟待解决的问题和主要任务。这将是本文研究的主要意义所在。本文通过对信息化建设相关理论的整理和分析,运用M构建理论对ZX银行的信息进行了分类处理,结合ZX银行信息化建设的现状对存在的问题进行了分析,希从问题产生的原因入手,重新梳理ZX银行信息化建设过程总的关键因素,并建立相应的辅助管理措施,已达到完善和补充ZX银行信息化建设,为ZX银行信息化建设提供决策支持和制度保障。本文希望以ZX银行信息化建设为例,通过对信息化相关理论的学习和以往文献的研究,识别出ZX银行信息化建设过程中存在的问题和成因,以便制定出符合ZX银行信息化发展战略的可执行方案。本文主要内容包括6大部分,第一部分为绪论,首先对信息化背景进行描述、指出本文的研究意义,再介绍本文的研究方法和技术路线,而后提出本文的研究问题和可能的创新点。第二部分为理论综述,通过对信息化建设相关理论的回顾和学习,结合ZX银行信息化建设的实际情况,选择适合ZX银行信息化建设和管理的知道理论,而后通过对以往文献的整理和研究,提出本文关注的重点问题。第三部分为问题及成因分析,通过运用SWOT分析对ZX银行的内外部环境进行评价,从而发展ZX银行在发展过程中所具备的优势和劣势、面对的机遇与挑战,并因此为切入点提出ZX银行信息化建设存在的问题和成因。第四部分为信息化建设关键要素和指标选择研究,通过将信息化建设进行分类,提炼出每项关键性指标,从而为信息化建设的落地提供科学、客观、合理的评价体系。第五部分为政策建议和优化策略,进一步通过相关管理手段完善和改进ZX银行信息化建设和管理。第六部分为结论部分,在总结全文的基础上指出未来研究趋势和本文可能存在的不足,为今后的研究奠定基础。
