基于政府决策信息需求的新型智库运行机制研究

【摘要】：[目的 /意义]从信息用户理论出发,研究政府决策信息需求,提出新型智库运行机制策略。[方法 /过程]利用文献调研的方法,从内在驱动、特点、结构和类型入手,分析政府决策信息需求,提出智库运行机制建议。[结果 /结论 ]按照政府决策信息需求流程,从信息资源、选题机制、质量监控体系、沟通机制4个方面提出新型智库机制建设的相关建议,旨在为新型智库建设提供新的角度和理论依据。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] from the information user theory, the needs of government decision-making information are studied, and a new strategy for the operation mechanism of a new think tank is proposed. [method / process] by using the method of literature research, starting from the internal drive, characteristics, structure and type, this paper analyzes the information needs of government decision making, and puts forward the suggestion for operation mechanism of think tank. [result / Conclusion] according to the information flow process of government decision making, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of new think tank mechanism from 4 aspects: information resources, topic selection mechanism, quality monitoring system and communication mechanism, aiming to provide new perspectives and theoretical basis for the construction of new think tanks.
