【摘要】：组织环境与组织战略相互依存、相互作用。组织环境的三个维度与组织战略的三种类型不仅存在静态的匹配关系,而且还随时间的推移共同发生变化,两者之间的协同演进决定了组织的生存与发展。
[Abstract]:The three dimensions of organizational environment and the three types of organizational strategy not only have static matching relations, but also change with the passage of time. The co-evolution between the two determines the survival and development of the organization.
