成人教育与秘书学教学——秘书教育的多元化思考

【摘要】：正秘书学作为20世纪80年代兴起的应用学科,发展到今天已日臻成熟,许多成人院校都开设了这门课程,虽然目前国内秘书学教材上千种,但真正适合成人特点的教材却寥寥无几。与全日制学员的整齐划一相比,成人教育对象在教育背景、个人经历、工作经验、学习目标、教育期望有着很大的悬殊,这种特殊情况给秘书教学带来了一定的难度,对培养目标和教学任务的实现和教学手段、教学形式都提出了不同的要求。以下笔者就成人高校秘书教学中的一些尝试来谈谈秘书教育的多元化问题。
[Abstract]:As an applied subject that rose in 1980s, the study of secretarial science has matured today. Many adult colleges have set up this course, although at present there are thousands of teaching materials for secretarial studies in China. But there are very few textbooks that are really suitable for adults. Compared with the uniformity of full-time students, adult education objects vary greatly in educational background, personal experience, work experience, learning goals, and educational expectations. This kind of special situation brings some difficulty to secretary teaching, and it also brings some difficulties to the realization of training goal and teaching task and teaching means. The author tries to talk about the diversity of secretary education in adult colleges and universities.
