公益型社会组织孵化的厦门模式——基于对“新厦门人社会组织孵化基地”的研究

【摘要】：流动人口城市社区融合是流动人口社会融合的重要组成部分。作为整合、联结、引领与培育社会组织的公益孵化器在促进流动人口社区融合方面应该也可以大有作为。"新厦门人社会组织孵化基地"建设经验表明:公益孵化器整合多方资源,搭建集体平台,扩宽了新厦门人参与互动的渠道,形成了社会组织融合功能的规模化效应;它源于社会需求,更细化和回应社会需求,整体调动了新老市民的参与自主性,促进了社区融合资本的形成,实现了城市社区的互动共治与和谐共融,是推动流动人口城市社区融合的载体创新。
[Abstract]:The urban community integration of the floating population is an important part of the social integration of the floating population. The public welfare incubator that leads and cultivates the social organization should also have great success in promoting the integration of the floating population community. The experience of the construction of the "New Xiamen people's Social Organization incubation Base" shows that the public welfare incubator integrates various resources and builds a collective platform. It broadens the channels for new Xiamen people to participate in the interaction, and forms the scale effect of the social organization fusion function; it originates from the social demand, further refines and responds to the social demand, and mobilizes the participation autonomy of the new and old citizens as a whole. It promotes the formation of community integration capital, realizes the interactive co-governance and harmonious integration of urban communities, and is the carrier innovation to promote the urban community integration of floating population.
