巴彦淖尔市青年志愿服务问题研究

【摘要】：志愿服务事业正在迎来发展创新的大时代。与20年前相比,志愿服务的运行方式,工作格局都发生了深刻变化,从过去最初的精神文明创建活动,上升成为社会治理的重要内容。共青团作为志愿服务事业早期的倡导者、组织者和推动者,为发展壮大青年志愿服务工作做出了不懈努力。青年志愿服务组织作为共青团领导下的社会性服务的—支力量,俨然已经成为了参与社会管理工作不可或缺的组成部分。如何更好的发挥这支队伍的作用,成为青年志愿服务研究探讨的重要课题。本文通过对志愿者及志愿服务概念、特征、分类、服务宗旨等内容的研究分析,结合西方志愿服务组织的发展进程,同时介绍了巴彦淖尔市青年志愿者组织的基本情况,并提出了现阶段存在的问题,通过研究国内具有代表性的其他志愿服务组织的案例认识,把握值得学习和借鉴的启示,针对巴彦淖尔市青年志愿者协会蓬勃发展过程中反映的现实问题,提出自己的一些对策想法,力求在实际工作中获得实践和时间的检验。
[Abstract]:Volunteerism is ushered in a great era of development and innovation. Compared with 20 years ago, the mode of operation and work pattern of volunteerism have all undergone profound changes, from the original activities of creating spiritual civilization in the past. The Communist Youth League, as an early advocate, organizer and promoter of volunteerism, has become an important part of social governance. We have made unremitting efforts to develop and strengthen the work of youth volunteerism. As a social service force under the leadership of the Communist Youth League, the Youth Volunteer Service Organization, It has become an indispensable part of social management. How to better play the role of this team, become an important subject of youth volunteer research. This paper through the concept of volunteers and voluntary service, characteristics, Based on the research and analysis of classification and service tenet, combined with the development process of western voluntary service organizations, this paper introduces the basic situation of young volunteer organizations in Bayannur City, and puts forward the existing problems at the present stage. Based on the case study of other representative volunteer service organizations in China, this paper grasps the enlightenments that are worth learning and drawing lessons, and aims at the realistic problems reflected in the vigorous development of Bayannur Youth Volunteer Association. Put forward some countermeasure ideas, and try to get the test of practice and time in the actual work.
