突发事件中政务微博公众使用意愿实证研究

【摘要】:基于公众视角分析影响政务微博公众使用意愿的影响因素,对突发事件的应急管理以及推动政务微博更广泛的应用具有重要意义。鉴于公众政务微博使用意愿的影响因素是多方面的,在整合型技术接受模型的基础上,引入感知信任、感知移动性、相容性、服务质量和公众评价5个维度,提出测量应急管理过程中民众使用政务微博意愿的新模型,采用实证研究方法探究8种因素对公众使用意愿的影响作用。通过对调查问卷的数据分析,发现除相容性的显著性未达到标准,其余7个变量对政务微博的公众使用意愿产生正向影响。
[Abstract]:Based on the public perspective, this paper analyzes the influence factors on the public will of Weibo. It is of great significance to the emergency management of emergencies and to promote the wider application of Weibo. In view of the fact that there are many factors that affect the willingness of public affairs Weibo to use, the perceptual trust is introduced on the basis of the integrated technology acceptance model. Based on the five dimensions of perceived mobility, compatibility, quality of service and public evaluation, a new model for measuring the willingness of people to use government affairs Weibo in emergency management is proposed. Using the empirical research method to explore the influence of eight factors on the public's willingness to use. Through the data analysis of the questionnaire, we find that the significance of the except compatibility is not up to the standard. The remaining seven variables have a positive impact on the public will to use government affairs Weibo.
