【摘要】：文章通过梳理影响藏区社会稳定的诸项要素,创新发展社会治理所必须的地方性知识框架,倡导藏区社会治理以传统社区为平台,由此探索维护藏区社会稳定的治理途径。
[Abstract]:By combing the elements that affect the social stability of Tibetan area, innovating the local knowledge framework necessary for the development of social governance, and advocating the traditional community as the platform of social governance in Tibetan area, this paper explores the ways to maintain social stability in Tibetan area.
