单位奖励制度与社会治理创新

【摘要】：魏昂德认为,单位对于服从的奖励和正面鼓励,使领导和积极分子之间形成了一种上下互惠的庇护关系。正是通过对一系列奖励策略的巧妙运用,才使得单位能够以组织化的模式有效地运作和管理,成功发挥了社会控制的功能。单位制中的奖励制度在社会治理中具有独特作用,后单位时代的单位制与社会治理相辅相成。随着单位制度的解体和社会治理的发展,必须创新社会激励机制、完善社会奖励制度,把奖励制度的建设作为推进社会治理、促进国家治理现代化的基本内容之一。
[Abstract]:Weyonder believes that the rewards and positive incentives of the unit for obedience create a mutually beneficial sheltering relationship between leaders and activists. It is through the clever use of a series of reward strategies. In order to make the unit operate and manage effectively in the mode of organization, it has successfully brought into play the function of social control. The reward system in the unit system plays a unique role in the social governance. With the disintegration of the unit system and the development of social governance, we must innovate the social incentive mechanism, perfect the social reward system, and take the construction of the reward system as the promotion of social governance. One of the basic contents of promoting the modernization of national governance.
