【摘要】：目前非营利组织正在中国社会发展进程中扮演着越来越重要的角色,但其在不断发展的同时也面临着各种财务问题。应结合非营利组织及其财务管理的特点,构建包含客观公平与主观公平在内的、能够充分考虑多方利益相关者合理诉求的财务公平机制,以便为非营利组织各种财务问题的解决提供一种新思路,进而促进非营利组织持续健康发展。
[Abstract]:At present, non-profit organizations are playing a more and more important role in the process of social development in China, but they are also facing various financial problems while they are constantly developing, which should be combined with the characteristics of non-profit organizations and their financial management. In order to provide a new way to solve various financial problems of non-profit organizations, a financial fairness mechanism, which includes objective equity and subjective equity, can fully consider the reasonable demands of multiple stakeholders, so as to provide a new way to solve the financial problems of non-profit organizations. And then promote the sustainable and healthy development of non-profit organizations.
