【摘要】：国家治理现代化的逻辑建构为国家治理现代化的顺利推进提供逻辑合理性支撑。以人为本对国家治理现代化逻辑建构的价值包括:以人为本解构现代化的根本矛盾,建构国家治理现代化的逻辑应然;以人为本解构治理的演进困境,建构国家治理现代化的价值向度和检验标准;以人为本解构统治和管理的缺陷,建构国家治理现代化多元平等主体关系模式;以人为本嵌入中国当代实际,建构中国特色国家治理现代化的实践路径。
