【摘要】：随着我国城镇化建设的不断发展,国家对三农问题越来越关注,而农民问题始终是关系社会稳定和发展的中心问题,因此,国家和地方对农村、农民、农业一直高度重视。此时,与三农密切相关的乡镇政府作为最基层的行政机构,是连接城乡的纽带,代表着国家和地方对乡镇地区进行治理。乡镇行政领导作为乡镇政府的代表,其形象的好坏直接影响乡镇政府对基层的凝聚力和号召力的形成。本文以我国乡镇行政领导为研究对象,通过对国内外相关文献的研究,并结合领导学、行政管理学、新闻学等学科,运用领导行为理论和领导权变理论展开了对我国乡镇领导形象塑造的研究。文章主要采用了文献研究、实地调研、案例分析的方法,首先从内在因素和外在因素两方面分析了影响我国乡镇行政领导形象塑造的因素,即内在因素包括乡镇行政领导者自身的品德、能力和作风;外在因素包括制度、政府、媒体和公众。为了增加研究的深入性和客观性,文章选择有代表性的靖边县某乡镇行政领导为例,在实地调查的基础上,从制度、政府、媒体、公众四方面深入分析乡镇行政领导形象塑造中存在的问题以及原因,并在问题分析的基础上从乡镇行政领导自身、制度、政府、媒体、公众这五个方面提出完善我国乡镇行政领导形象的对策。本文通过对乡镇行政领导形象塑造的细致研究,一方面为靖边县某乡镇行政领导形象的改善和提升提供理论借鉴,另一方面对我国乡镇行政领导形象塑造提供理论参考。
