从政府信息公开现状看弱势群体公共信息服务权益保障——基于相关数据的调查与分析

【摘要】：面向弱势群体的政府信息公开及服务状况在很大程度上决定着政府保障弱势群体公共信息服务权益状况。调查发现,面向弱势群体的政府信息公开及服务还很不到位,导致弱势群体对政府信息公开渠道的了解与利用还很欠缺。政府对其保障弱势群体公共信息服务权益职责认识的不足,相关保障措施的不到位是根本原因。
[Abstract]:The situation of government information disclosure and service for vulnerable groups determines to a great extent the situation of government protecting the rights and interests of public information services of vulnerable groups. The investigation shows that the government information disclosure and services for vulnerable groups are still far from complete. As a result, the understanding and utilization of the public information channels of the vulnerable groups is still very lacking. The basic reason is that the government has insufficient understanding of its duty to protect the rights and interests of the public information services of the vulnerable groups, and the lack of relevant safeguard measures is the fundamental reason.
