命运共同体建设视域下陆地边疆治理现代化研究

【摘要】：中华民族命运共同体和中国与周边国家命运共同体建设的效果,从国内、国际两个层面影响中国大国成长。陆地边疆连接国际国内两个大局的政治地理空间特性,使其成为两个层面命运共同体建设的交汇空间。从命运共同体建设角度审视陆地边疆治理现代化,可以为中国陆地边疆治理提供新的视角和思路。当前,陆地边疆治理理念、治理战略和治理体系尚不适应两个层面命运共同体建设的要求。推进治理视野和思维的全球化、积极谋划陆地边疆治理大战略、强化中国民族共同体建设、实现治理体系与技术手段的现代化,是推进陆地边疆治理现代化、发挥其在两个层面命运共同体建设中的战略支撑作用的基本路径。
[Abstract]:The effect of the construction of the destiny community of the Chinese nation and of the neighboring countries affects the growth of China's great powers at the domestic and international levels, and the political geospatial characteristics of the land border areas connecting the international and domestic situations. From the perspective of Destiny Community Construction, examining the modernization of land frontier governance can provide a new perspective and train of thought for China's land border governance. The governance strategy and the governance system can not meet the requirements of the construction of the destiny community at two levels. We should promote the globalization of the vision and thinking of governance, actively plan the grand strategy of land border control, and strengthen the construction of the Chinese national community. To realize the modernization of governance system and technical means is the basic way to promote the modernization of land border governance and play its strategic supporting role in the construction of two levels of destiny community.
